Mexican Steak with hot tomato sauce

Cooking instructions:

Fry the Mexican steak on both sides for some minutes in oil. Dress the steak on salad, serve with a hot tomato sauce, 1 chopped tomato, cucumber, green pepper, corn, parsley and coriander. Add salt, pepper and chilli sauce. Top it with corn chips.

Suggestion : fry the Mexican steak in a deep-fry pan, cut in small parts and serve as an appetizer, or with salad on a sandwich as a snack. The steak can also be frozen
