Oriental Steak with Thai style rice
Fry the Oriental steak on both sides for some minutes in oil. Serve with 150gr cooked rice, garlic, chopped red pepper and sugar. Top it with a few leaves of coriander.
Suggestion : fry the Oriental steak in a deep-fry pan, cut in small parts and serve as an appetizer, or with salad on a sandwich as a snack The steak can also be frozen
