Pesto steak with mild spiced pasta

Cooking instructions:

Fry the Pesto steak on both sides for some minutes in oil. Serve with 200gr softly cooked pasta, mixed with italian parmegiano cheese, fresh cream and 1 chopped tomato. Add parsley, salt and pepper.

Suggestion : fry the pesto steak in a deep-fry pan, cut in small parts and serve as an appetizer, or with salad on a sandwich as a snack The steak can also be frozen
