Steak Provençale with ratatouille
Fry the steak Provençale on both sides for some minutes in oil. Serve with a ratatouille. Heat 1tsp of oil, fry the chopped ognion, zucchini, eggplant and garlic. Add chopped tomato, basil, salt & pepper. Let it simmer until the vegetables are cooked. Top it with arugula.
Suggestion : fry the steak Provençale in a deep-fry pan, cut in small parts and serve as an appetizer, or with salad on a sandwich as a snack. The steak can also be frozen
